r Charles V. Spradley Weds Miss Leonardi In Home Ceremony The marriage of Miss Florence, Leonardi and Charles V. Spradley; took place this afternoon at the: home of the bride's parents. Mr.i and Mrs. John Leonardi. in Coco-i Coco-i nut Grove. The Rev. James P. Rodgers, pas-, pas-, tor of the West Palm Beach Bap-; Bap-; ti.st church and a fraternity broth- broth- cr of the bridegroom, performed the ceremony in the presence of a large number of relatives and friends. An altar banked with palms was arranged in the drawing room. Tall standard baskets of white gladioli and tuberoses stood on cither side of the satin prideau, where the vows were exchanged. Prior to the entrance of the ! bridal party, Mrs. Alexander Orr, III. sang "1 Love You Truly" and "At Dawning." with Miss Kllouise King at the piano and Miss Travis Lee Harris playing a violin obbli- obbli- Miss King and Miss Harris; played the traditional wedding marches for the processional and recessional. The bride, who was given in mar- mar- rige by her father, wore a gown of white angel skin lace over white safin. The bodice was close fitting1 with an Elizabethan collar and buttoned from the neck to the tip of the skirt in the back. The full; leg o' mutton sleeves were also or- or- namented with the crystal buttons. The skirt was flared to floor length. With the costume she wore1 a hat fashioned of the same material material as her gown and carried orchids orchids and bride's roses. Miss Mary Jane Van Tine was maid of honor. She wore a gown of peach lace over taffeta and a wide hat of the matching taffeta. Her flowers were yellow roses. Bruce E. Dedge was best man and the ushers were Frank Valentine Valentine of DeLand, John Leonardi, jr.. and Stephen Delanoy. Following the ceremony, a recep-j recep-j tion took place. The bride's table was centered with a three-tiered three-tiered three-tiered wedding cake ernjircled with pink roses and spirea. Tall white ta- ta- pers burned in crystal candelabra' at either side. Mrs. George Swan-j Swan-j son cut the cake and serving were Miss Isabella Hanson, Miss Kay! Prai-Daniels, Miss Beryl Chapman and: Miss Bettye Sullivan, sorority sis- sis- t .ul v-i. v-i. v-i. inn jl iiic Mrs. John Leonardi. sr., wore a gown of brown lace with a corsage of Talisman roses.
