31 (A) Spitzer, Rorick and company, Toledo, Ohio, bond firm and co-partners operating under the firm name were named defendants Monday in a $1,000,000 damage suit brought by the Broward port authorities on connection with what attorneys for the port authority said were illegal bond transactions.
