Diver Arrested for Treasure Sale From Post Wire Services MIAMI George T. Gurr, the center of a legal versy earlier this year when he allegedly dumped $200,000 worth of salvaged Spanish treasure back in the sea, was arrested yesterday for trying to sell some of the valuables. Florida Law Enforcement Department officials said Gurr was arrested in connection with an April incident, when agents seized about $30,000 worth of gold coins, and other artifacts salvaged from the sunken Spanish galleon "San Jose." Officials said Gurr and another man, Joseph Keyerleber, were trying to sell the items in the Fort Pierce area. A Sheriff Says, 'Pig Bites Pigs' TITUSVILLE A pig guarding a garden plot where marijuana was being grown held police at bay for nearly an hour Friday before officers subdued the pugnacious porker with Mace. "This story ought to be headlined, 'Pig Bites Sheriff Leigh Wilson laughed yesterday when telling of encounter officers Theo York and Mike Robinson had with the animal.

The Miami Herald and WPLG-TV say the heart of probe is a $40,000 lobbying fund raised by the Florida Petroleum Marketers Association. The fund supposedly was raised to lobby against efforts of an Alabama firm to build 59 self-service gas stations in Florida. REV. R. FLOYD GABRIELLE FAGOTHEY HONCHELL Age 91, died Wednesday, May 1, at the Veteran's Hospital in Tampa Florida. He had been a resident of Lake Worth for many years. He was a Spanish American War veteran and an ordained minister in The Church of the Nazarene since 1913.
